Job Responsibilities
- Assisting with the day-to-day execution of the HR responsibilities and tasks.
- Processing documentation and creating reports about personnel.
- Respond to requests from employees regarding issues, guidelines, and rules pertaining to human resources.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data.
- Assist management in handling disciplinary and grievance matters.
- Orienting new hires and training current workers.
- Creating job descriptions, posting job openings, and overseeing the hiring process.
